At Shyft, we strive to provide the best developer experience for the Solana ecosystem. We understand that your project needs may change, and we have established the following policy to ensure a fair process for all our users.
1. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscriptions at any time through the following methods:
- Dashboard: Cancel directly from your User Dashboard after logging in.
- Email Support: Contact us at genesis@shyft.to.
2. Cancellation Timing & Access
Your cancellation will take effect immediately once it is processed from our end. For monthly plans, your subscription will remain valid until the end of the current billing month. You will retain full access to your Solana nodes and APIs until the billing cycle concludes.
3. Refund Eligibility
- 2-Day Window: Refunds are available within two (2) days of the initial plan purchase date.
- Credit Adjustments: In certain cases, the remaining value can be adjusted as credits to be used for other Shyft services or future upgrades. Reach out us on discord or contant us via email at genesis@shyft.to for more information.
